In his heartfelt tweet, Amitabh wrote, “What an honour for you, Abhishek… Proud of you… and today saw Be Happy… such an extraordinary performance… love you.”

This isn’t the first time the veteran actor has publicly praised his son’s achievements. Known for being Abhishek’s biggest cheerleader, Amitabh’s words once again highlight their strong father-son bond.

Be Happy is a gripping sports drama featuring Abhishek alongside Saiyami Kher, Shabana Azmi, and Angad Bedi. Directed by R. Balki, the film had its world premiere at the 12th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne in 2023, garnering critical acclaim.
